In the winter..the parking lot on the weekends needs to be cleared much much earlier than mid morning. Some of us have to be at work by 6 an amd we have had to call off work because we could not get out of the parking lot. NOt OK. Also.. Are trees around the pond going to be trimed? The view we used to have of the pond and wildlife are totally blocked.
I have been living here for 15yrs. I love my little home and have no complaints. Everything is always taken care of all year round! Things are clean and kept up! When I need help with something they respond and take care of things right away! Everyone is always nice. The only thing that is hard is the rent increases are so high every year!

Tiffany was great! Showed us the units available and we applied the same night. Background Checks went through next business day and we were approved for move in the following week! Neighborhood seems quiet so far and walls are thicker than your typical co-living experience. We also received a welcome basket with some essentials!
