Have been a member here for 9 years. Always great customer service. Shelly recently helped me with opening a new account, something one of the big banks made a huge problem out of. Their co-op feature allows you to make transactions at other credit unions. Can’t beat their loan rates. Nothing bad to say about this credit union.

This used to be a great little bank. I'm not sure what happened over the last 10 years since I opened my account until now. I was never a large dollar depositor, but they still saw me as a person, and had been terrific with loans. I took out 3 loans I believe, and paid everyone back completely and was never late. Something changed and they became callous, cold, and incredibly impersonal. Same people, just developed a really lousy attitude. Can’t say enough about this credit union! I’ve been banking here for well over 20 years and hope to for many more. Obtaining loans is a very easy and streamlined process and the people that work here have become like family. Highly recommend! A+
