I definitely want to give this no star at all but I wanted to share what happened to my father as he was in ARCA's care. My father was doing really well , doing things on his own and alert. The employees are very unprofessional, tina( case manager) Michelle the owner of ARCA and Aurora. I would really not recommend your loved ones coming here. They basically drugged my father, having him go to the ER numerous times. I had to find out by the doctor my dad was dehydrated and was starving. When I visit I had 2 employees yell at... read more
Update: my sister has lived here with ARCA staff for 5 years with great success. They do have a lot of staff turn over but do well to care for all the residents. No issues and the greenhouse is the best. Great tour of the greenhouses and housing for my sister as a potential relocation. Staff appeared nice and residents happy.
