I've just finished my second PT session with Felipe. He's been incredibly supportive and has tailored the sessions to my specific needs. These were my first ever PT sessions (this is NOT my natural habitat) and I was honestly dreading the thought of doing them but he's put me at my ease and been very non-judgemental. He's pushed me beyond what I would do by myself but not so much that its torture! I feel energised and excited to do the next one.

Janna's guidance and expertise has been key to my scar management, reconstruction recovery and lymphodema prevention. It was Janna (not specialists) who put me onto a regular Sozo test check in to measure for Lymphodema. The care Janna has for her clients is second to none. The environment at ARC Wellness is welcoming and modern. I can't recommend Janna or ARC Wellness highly enough.
