Very good experience! Chris and Jordan are very knowledgeable and helped with all my questions. I feel like I’ve gotten stronger working with them.
Chris was an amazing trainer ! He was so patient and kind and worked with me to the best of my ability after having back surgery. He took things in to account like how you were feeling from the previous visit and any activity you did outside of PT . He was very informative by showing on the computer diagrams where the disks and nerves are and how they all work together for different functions . Just completed the third round of physical therapy prescribed by my GP. The first was with ARC years ago to recover from severely fractured tibia, fibula and blown out ankle. The third, also with ARC was to recover from years of inactivity. At 73, I just couldn't maintain muscle without making some changes. The PT in the middle just served to reinforce that ARC is the better choice. Chris Rong saw me through it this time.
