The ladies at ARC are amazing. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable, and their personalities shine brightly. I am glad I get to work with such great ladies.
The ladies are friendly and caring. They worked with me to schedule my visits around a trip to see my sick mother and had no problem when I needed to reschedule. I got a good result, which is the most important thing. Naomi is very knowledgeable about the muscles and joints that needed to be worked on. The exercises she assigned were easy, but they did the trick. The only thing I would recommend is to print out new exercises as they are introduced. Naomi, the PT therapist, was great. Very professional and always listen to my questions/concerns. Very knowledgeable in her abilities to help with my recovery. Highly recommend her and will be using her again when I get my second knee replacement done. Marlena, the receptionist, was also always friendly and did an excellent job in scheduling times that made the therapy times that worked for my schedule. Therapist were great. They knew how to push you through with hurting. This the third time I've been a patient here over the last several years. If I wasn't satisfied I would not keep coming back! Thank you ladies!
