We can’t express how truly wonderful Frank Grispino and the team at Arc Physical Therapy have been. Our daughter had to have surgery on her hand. We knew she would require some PT after surgery. Frank has worked her through to near complete recovery, however, she suffered an accident and reinjured the affected hand. Karla was absolutely amazing! I saw her for many weeks 2 times a week and she gave me exercises to do at home. She got me ready to go back to work after breaking the very bottom of my tibia bone! Some days were harder than others but she was always so encouraging! Also everyday when I got there Frank always said hello! I miss going there and seeing them they made it seem so welcoming!! Karla was my PT after my major rotator cuff surgery. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in making a treatment plan to get me back to where I needed to be to continue my career as a lineman.
I had the unfortunate circumstance of hurting my shoulder at work and had to do physical therapy. I've never had to do anything like that before and was kind of nervous about it. However, I got the immense pleasure of working with Karla Hawkins. She made me feel right at ease with her kind nature and attention to the job at hand. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do I'd want her helping me.
