The Arc of Highpoint is a unique,warm,loving and safe haven for young adults with developmental and intellectual needs. The staff is composed of caring professional care givers that bestow a magical way of bringing out the hidden good qualities of life in the folks that are fortunate in coming to this great place during the week. I love the classes in leaning to paint, sculpture, play a musical instrument, sing in a choir, and best of all —- socialize with others.
The woman I spoke with today was very "matter of fact" and RUDE as all get out. She needs to find a new area to work in. I would not want my special needs son anywhere around her at all.
