Why is Jose Torres- Vega promoting the cuts to the disabled community and their care when the The Arc of Colorado released a statement stating how harmful it is??? Why is he joining HCPF meetings and fighting against the community the ARC is supposed to be supporting? This is unacceptable and unprofessional!! He is in a HCPF meeting now advocating against disabled people’s home based care!
