A bit of a mix-up with the shuttle schedules this past Saturday, nonetheless we very much appreciate the services of Arc Herkimer Transportation who delivered beautiful shuttle buses for the wedding of our daughter. The shuttle drivers were very polite and cordial; the main point of contact Kelly was a pleasure to work with. Thank you! With much appreciation. The Ritters.
I wouldn’t even give this transportation less than zero stars. The bus comes way to early I don’t have time to get ready in the morning . At night the bus comes to early I don’t even have time to clean my area before I leave and don’t even have time to get my stuff before I leave the bus is to crowded and there is no room on that bus. I shouldn’t have to take that bus that I take I don’t live in that town. This transportation has gone completely down hill since 2014.
