This ethically bankrupt company appears to just be a front for Amazon to deny liability when their fulfillment and delivery teams cause damage to private property. In my case, the Amazon fulfillment team scratched my car during a delivery and ARC Claims simply denies liability and I am left with the bill to repair my vehicle.
Amazon vehicle hit my and fled the scene, leaving its bumper behind. Despite me providing evidence, and details they will not pay my claim to have my car fixed. Reported them to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, filing legal paperwork as well as reporting them to the news media.
They will try to pay you as little as possible when an Amazon driver slams into your parked car. They would only pay half of the cost to repair my car. FUCK THESE SHITBAGS!!!!
Shady as FUCK!!! Avoid and run away!!!
I have to say I disagree with some of these reviews. I just had an amazing experience with ARC Put in a claim for property damage and receive a response the NEXT day. We are receiving a reasonable amount to fix the damage left by an Amazon driver. Very happy they came through for us because my husband was one unhappy bear after seeing the damage
