Working with Brent for strength and conditioning has been great for me. I had lost my confidence working out after a torn rotator cuff injury. I’m learning to trust myself again and gain strength through my sessions with Brent. He designs programs that work for me and where I’m at. He is supportive and helps make sure I’m doing the exercise correct to avoid injury. Highly recommend him.
