We plan to purchase a rancher in Arbutus Ridge in 2026. I saw a beautiful corner lot listed recently that was fully fenced. Hoping there are more of these for our small dog when we start looking next Spring.

Heaven on earth! I spent almost a month at ARC. What’s there not to love about this community? Pristine and peaceful, thanks to all the caring home owners with the sense of neighborly kindness and care. Views are magnificent and activities are endless. People are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly that I made more than a dozen friends within less than a month staying here. I can’t wait to come back and retire here soon!
