My mom has been with Arbutus for 10 months now. Most of the care workers a very kind and helpful. This is a very large facility, once long ago a hospital. There are 2 floors with about 4 wings. The food like many long term care is bland. They encourage you to bring our buy food for your family. On long weekends they are short staffed. Overall I'd give 4 *for cleanliness, 3.5* for staffing, 2-2.5 * for food, 3.5-4 * for activities. After COVID, they don't seem to bring them out on outings.
