While the facility is beautiful the staff is horrible. They are apparently understaffed. My mother in law was on hospice. Everyone knew we were close to the end. Forty eight hours before her death my children and I were with her and she had to go to the bathroom so she pushed the button around her neck. No one came. After 8 minutes my daughter went looking for someone. This was only one example of that. Laundry is a joke. The system set up is perfect. However it is not followed.
