Buyer beware!!! They offer no amenities like other parks do. You pay your own sewer, water, trash, and have to maintain your own lawn/lot. All other parks in Ocala offer others things with rent, but not this place. Rent covers your right to have your home on the lot it s on and they hike up rent every year but offer nothing with it.
