I had the pleasure of meeting Henry with Arborist USA today. The first thing I noticed about him was his upbeat personality. He was very professional and polite. Henry walked through the concerns I had about my tree and formulated a plan for me. Henry was so polite he offered to send me the list of things I would need and where to purchase them. All the Arborists I worked with listened, took ample time with me, and Henry, especially, was very knowledgeable (35 years) about trees and plants. He was encouraging to some of the practices I was already implementing and encouraged me to continue doing it without trying to sell me more services. He only recommended things that his company could do that I couldn’t or didn’t want to do myself. Josh is super informative and very communicative. He genuinely seems to care about trees, and people who have trees and love them. He has also proven himself to be both flexible and reasonable. Arborist USA pricing, while not cheap, is more than fair for the amount of effort and expertise Josh and the crew bring to the table… and they ended up being lower than the competition. We definitely consider ourselves to be dedicated and satisfied customers. Thank you Josh, and the rest of the team at Arborist USA!
