Henry is the best! On time and completely honest and open. I thought I was having a problem with my Chinese Pistache tree which is why I called him to come out. Turned out there was no problem at all. I wanted to pay for his service call but he refused. Did not charge for his time and trouble. Now that’s terrific service. Call him. He’s great!
Henry did not charge me for a phone consult with solid advice. Greatly appreciate him for that.
I had the pleasure of meeting Henry with Arborist USA today. The first thing I noticed about him was his upbeat personality. He was very professional and polite. Henry walked through the concerns I had about my tree and formulated a plan for me. Henry was so polite he offered to send me the list of things I would need and where to purchase them. All the Arborists I worked with listened, took ample time with me, and Henry, especially, was very knowledgeable (35 years) about trees and plants. He was encouraging to some of the practices I was already implementing and encouraged me to continue doing it without trying to sell me more services. He only recommended things that his company could do that I couldn’t or didn’t want to do myself.
