Josh is super informative and very communicative. He genuinely seems to care about trees, and people who have trees and love them. He has also proven himself to be both flexible and reasonable. Arborist USA pricing, while not cheap, is more than fair for the amount of effort and expertise Josh and the crew bring to the table… and they ended up being lower than the competition. We hired Arborist USA in 2024 to treat all the trees on our lot. We have many and some were not looking as healthy as they should. Their treatment plan worked and all of the trees are thriving. In addition they are caring and take time to educate you on how to maintain tree health. I highly recommend this company.
Henry and his crew are amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough and did exactly as promised. Henry videoed everything he recommended so his crew would know exactly what to do…and they left no mess. They did their best to correct mistakes made by previous “tree trimmers”. Highly recommend!
