All the Arborists I worked with listened, took ample time with me, and Henry, especially, was very knowledgeable (35 years) about trees and plants. He was encouraging to some of the practices I was already implementing and encouraged me to continue doing it without trying to sell me more services. Josh is super informative and very communicative. He genuinely seems to care about trees, and people who have trees and love them. He has also proven himself to be both flexible and reasonable. Arborist USA pricing, while not cheap, is more than fair for the amount of effort and expertise Josh and the crew bring to the table… and they ended up being lower than the competition. When was the last time you hired a company and you were 100% happy with the experience? If you’re like me I can’t remember back that far. Well things have changed.
