This is the third time I have used them. Very trustworthy and very value conscious. They never try to sell you anything extra. When an arborist is needed, I would not consider anyone else.
Great service! We have been working with Henry, the Arborist, for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable, ensures the job is done correctly every time our trees need maintenance.
Superior service rendered. Henry exceeded my expectations. Called and arrived early. Provided excellent information, which was easy to follow. Provided a number of alternatives which included the possibility of lower prices being offered by competitors. Offered to come back and facilitate job being done properly if I went with another source. Highly recommended. Will be my first call when it comes to trees, tree removal, and/or pruning.
We called Truly on a Saturday evening. The office was closed but we were able to leave a voicemail about our concerns about a River Birch tree in our backyard. We expected a call back on Monday when the office opened but were very surprised when we received a text from one of their arborists within an hour. Outstanding tree service in greater Fort Worth. I’ve working with Arborist USA for over 5 years and they have taken care of all of my tree needs expertly, professionally, and promptly. From basic pruning/trimming to removals and emergencies they’ve just been great. Lead arborist Henry Friar in particular is the man!
