Excellent pond plants and koi selection.
Good selection of water plants, fair prices. Staff were very welcoming and friendly helping to show me how to pick good plants and explained things to me about hysyth I didn't know about. Thank you! They also had a good amount of fish and other pond essentials.
They were working on the property next door. And cut down 4 small trees on my property that I used for privacy cover. When the owner John came out to talk to me he offered to put in 1 5 foot pine tree. I explained that wouldn't cover the area that my trees covered and that people could see right into my house coming all the way down my road. He refused to discuss any other resolutions and advised I call a lawyer. I since filed bbb complaints, carb complaint, nys attorney general complaint, and a complaint to Erie county. Sta... read more
Unfortunately, I was convinced the Koi that I got was ok when it wasn’t. It died and it appears to have gotten some of the other koi’s sick too. Be careful.
