Mind you, I was there for a baby shower and by my experience. The clubhouse owner’s (Tammy and Rex) are very unwelcoming making it very uncomfortable to host a party. She was rude, disrespectful and controlling. (On site 24/7) for what? Unable to play pool, because of the adult bullying. I wouldn’t host a party here, even if I was getting paid too. Arbor Valley is the worst crooked and unethical company to deal with and I absolutely want everyone to be aware to not do any business with this organization or the parent company called McCullough Development Corporation. My parents who are 80 years old had an interest in renting a 3 bedroom senior home from Arbor Valley in 2016. The company required a $260 security deposit for a senior home that had not been built yet and my parents did not sign any contract.
