If I could leave a -10 I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had. If not for the PT/OT department I would not have been able or willing to stay. Plus if I left without being discharged I would be stuck with the bill. They falsified my records at admission through the weekend. When I complained about this, supposedly a investigation was done. I was lucky to be there in March. I had hip surgery and I loved everyone there. They were so kind and supportive. I especially loved Lisa the activity person that always went above and beyond. ❤️ I loved all the hard working people in the physical and occupational therapy that was so kind. The meals were pretty good too.
