My dad moved here a few years ago, during Covid, when they were really desperate for residents. He loves it, but buyer beware: he’s received a more than 25% increase in his maintenance fees since that time. Seems very steep considering most if not all of the tenants are pensioners.
A fabulous spot to retire!
