Our Mom moved from independent living to Arbor Lane Assisted Living and we are beyond thankful for this place. Her one bedroom apartment was perfect for her and she quickly became involved with the kind community of residents. Our family cannot express our gratitude in the amazing care she received. I would like to commend the staff at Arbor Lane in their excellent service for my mother in the memory care unit. Being a caregiver takes a lot of effort in patience, understanding, respect and commitment to give the best support they can to each resident in their most challenging years. We feel so fortunate to have found Arbor Lane Memory Care for our mom. Though it was difficult for her to leave her home of many decades, I can honestly say that she is now happier than I have seen her in years. There are several activities for her to participate in each day including: art, music, exercise, interaction with children, speakers, travel logs, worship, etc. She enjoys these immensely. The last eight months our Mom was at Arbor Lane Memory care and we were so pleased with her loving care. Julie and her staff treated and took care of Mom as if she was their own parent. Mom was involved in so many activities and Bingo and crafts with the childcare center located in their building. 91 years old and she went on a camping trip and cruise.....those months at Arbor Lane were the best months of her life.....I highly recommend this care center and Memory care...they were a God send for our family and our Mom.....an... read more
