This place sucks they don't like to give you back your security deposit back they they say oh we had to clean the apt and I left it clean

Front desk people love losing paperwork no joke we got paperwork to fill out we handed the front desk person, and we got word they lost it. Had to redo the same paperwork again. Keep in mind that was twice. Now we have to do it again I threw my arms in the air and said forget it. After COVID hit that place went down hill. These people are NOT on the same page.

These guys loss paperwork we had to fill the same stuff out twice cause they can't find it not the client's fault. The front desk are rude as heck. People with disabilities ( of ALL kinds) do have trouble with paperwork and understanding. If someone says they doesn't understand then it's their job to help you. Don't blame the client's.....
