Front desk people love losing paperwork no joke we got paperwork to fill out we handed the front desk person, and we got word they lost it. Had to redo the same paperwork again. Keep in mind that was twice. Now we have to do it again I threw my arms in the air and said forget it. After COVID hit that place went down hill. These people are NOT on the same page.
Lamphear court is a failed state
These guys loss paperwork we had to fill the same stuff out twice cause they can't find it not the client's fault. The front desk are rude as heck. People with disabilities ( of ALL kinds) do have trouble with paperwork and understanding. If someone says they doesn't understand then it's their job to help you. Don't blame the client's.....
Continually have issues with my rent/security deposit payments. Very slow to respond and not well organized. I have gone through 3 workers in about a months time. I would like to add I just paid $6000 off to back rent and owe a little left and they are still starting the eviction process. Horrible place to deal with!
HR was very rude; Mary Costello. When I applied for a second time with the agency, HR stated. “It’s you again,” and dismissed the other agency participants during the interview. It’s very sad that a professional in the nonprofit field is lacking in the area office etiquette and compassion.
