There are so many wonderful things to say about this community!! The Caregivers are amazing, from the day shift to the night shift. You can see the love poor unto the residents!! Teamwork all the way around with the caregivers and Troy and Allyssonn are the best.
Shout out to Allyson for going above and beyond and making sure her residents are well taken care of. She is an exceptional nurse and is always ready to answer any questions we may have. I have not had the privilege of meeting her in person, but talk to her on the phone at least once a day. She knows her patients and their needs and is there to make sure things are done right. I highly recommend Countryside Senior Living for your loved one.
Countryside is a beautiful facility inside and out. I love the layout and that your loved one can have their own little private “apartment” and make it their own and have privacy and their own space, yet assistance with the things they need help with, like meals and meds as well as loving interaction from the staff and individual care. I would like to say what a wonderful place Countryside has become, AND would like to thank Troy and all the top notch staff for what they do, and how they treat the residents. They all go above and beyond to make this place HOME for the residents and it's small enough that everyone gets the individualized attention they so need! It's been a perfect fit for our loved one!
They have an awesome community director. Very friendly. Helped inform me about how things work there.
