Arbor Hill is an astonishing facility with the most professional, compassionate and dedicated staff that I have ever encountered . This facility goes above and beyond expectations . Transportation is provided for the residents for medical appointments, and many recreational activities . The staff there is awful. Only a handful of workers that truly care!! Most of the staff is rude and ignore patients!! Staff will ignore patients while being on their phones!!

Great facility and even better people that work there
I’m a former employer at arbor hill. This place is going downhill the administration is really bad and don’t know how communicate with staff. The night cook luann does not know how to cook and is really rude and racist towards other staff members. The building is rotting the walls and rugs are moldy and the place is infested with rats.
