My mom stayed at Arbor Glen for about a month while recovering from a ruptured brain aneurysm. From the start, the director of admissions, Nemesia Munoz, was incredibly welcoming to our family and checked in with us often. When she said her door was always open, she truly meant it — we always felt comfortable approaching her with any questions or concerns. Very caring, professional staff.
My 94 year old mom has been at Arbor Glen for rehab for 2 and half months. I have found the facility to be clean and the personnel to be professional, friendly, helpful and very attentive. Unfortunately, she is unable to come home right now and next week she will become a resident. This is a decision that is not made lightly, but I am comfortable with it because she has been receiving good care.
