Arbor robs their customers. They do all of their banking to benefit THEM and not their customers. Charging NSF fees when the money came out and left a positive balance, then returned and charged NSF fees. No partial payments to mortgages - they put it in an "unapplied account" so you continue to rack fees and interest while they hold your money frozen until you can make a full payment.
