The people are great and very helpful. The website and app don't work nearly every week. Constant issues with both. I have to go into a branch to do my online banking.
The branch itself has been mostly terrific although I always feel like I come in after a bunch of terrible customers. They always seem worn out and over it. However, I have a problem with all of their online banking. My husband and I share an account. We rely heavily on the browser/phone app. His $75 in store purchase and my $10 lunch being purchased at the same time for example.
