If I could give zero stars I would!!! I have had a savings account with Arbor for years. I just have a small savings account that I have left money in for a rainy day and incase I would ever want to get a small car loan from them at some point. I didn’t expect to make any interest on the account with the way interest rates are. Well I got a call from one of their representatives today asking me if I received a letter from them stating my account has been flagged inactive. I have been banking with Arbor for almost 25 years (Previously ECCU), and they have always been absolutely wonderful. The Plainwell/Otsego branch has been very helpful and friendly.
10/10 Recommend. Would never leave this financial institution.
