Been with them since they planted roots in the Plainwell/Otsego area. Always and I mean always have been fair with rates and have always received excellent service and help from staff!

Why do the tellers go behind a wall and take forever to verify something or someone on the other computer? Isn't the computer at the front not do the same thing. There is times your waiting in line for a long time and only one teller at the front!
