I never would have dreamed id have gave this local bank another 5 star review but here I am, the customer service given today to my 8 year by Conner was excellent, he gave my son 100% respect and like a customer, which he doesnt get much of since he is 8, I witnessed the best customer service for along time seeing he may be younger this new generation sure is better than my generation and definitely has a thing to teach to the older generation this is speaking for every customer service related job... thank you for a great e... read more
I have been very pleased with my experience at Arbor bank over the past 8 years I have been with them. They are always willing to answer all my concerns promptly.
Had me waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes just to close my account there. While they took multiple phone calls and helped other people. So my account didn’t get closed. Exceptionally poor customer service multiple times banking here. Would not recommend.
Do you like losing access to your money for entire days while they update their website without notice? Do you like having to justify having a checking account to their account manager just because she's nosey? Do you like having to reset your online password every couple weeks because they're cheap and can't put together a decent website? Well then do business with Arbor Bank! This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with and next week I will be closing my account with them because I am sick of it!
