I would not recommend this place at all. We booked a couples massage for $380, but then received a call saying they only had one therapist available. Since that defeated the whole purpose, we decided not to go and I asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give our money back, claiming it was “short notice” — even though they were the ones who couldn’t provide the service we paid for. Most uncomfortable experience with a massage in my life, very weird feeling. I would never recommend going head to anyone This place shouldn’t be open!
After seeing the reviews here I became quickly concerned about this business . I tried to call them no answer , no confirmation email after booking etc . I needed to cancel and gave over 24 hours notice and they would not give me a refund . They said it stipulated in their policy’a yet I cannot find it . I asked them for it and they didn’t reply or send it to me . This is a shonky business and if I was you I would not book here . Find something else . If I could give a 0 star rating I would .
If there was less than 1 star I would give it to this place . Arriving on time I called the mobile number on front door and was clearly greeted by a differnt person upstairs , no one else in site and a shock to find only one woman to massage us as a couple massage was booked . We had the most traumatising massage experience on Monday the long weekend.
