The decision to place a loved one in memory care is easily the most difficult choice a family can make. My 93-year-old mother was taken care of by the sweet and loving caregivers at Aravilla. She came from an another facility that was awful. My mother was always clean and dressed appropriately. Her bedding changed 2 a week and her laundry never piled up. You could tell she was well loved and very happy in this memory care community. Staff took pride in knowing each of their residence. Aravilla is an absolute gift. My dearest friend moved there in December, 2025 because she could no longer live alone. The staff at Aravilla went out of their way to help her acclimate to her new home, and they continue to do so. Every staff member knows the residents, and treats them with respect. My friend often tells me, “They are all so kind. They just want us to be happy.” The food is excellent, and the activities are stimulating and fun. I visited many facilities, but Aravilla is a caring home, a true gift.
