worst drayage company I've ever dealt with
I am currently having the worst experience with Arata Expositions. Their site was frequently down when I logged into to the portal, so I instead called earlier this month to get information regarding shipping to the show site. No one informed me and I never had access to be informed of the insanely high handling fee for a small package, and now they are telling me they cannot return to sender and that I must pay hundreds of dollars in order to receive this package.
