Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor from the beginning. I was told my parcel was in Brisbane, but I wasn’t given clear or helpful information about its whereabouts. The staff member I spoke with was rude and abrupt, which made an already frustrating situation worse. I was also told someone would call me back, but I never received a call. Why oh why, do your delivery drivers not knock or beep? At 7am this morning, I happened to notice a white van driving down my street. Thought nothing of it, went on my tablet, and saw my parcel was out for delivery, great. Suddenly had a thought, last time Aramex delivered, they left a large parcel, sent in the box it came in, on my front doorstep, in view of everyone, with, "Robot Vacuum" clearly written on the side.
