No delivery as it was raining n wont look for safe space, absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service
I had a package ordered, they delivered to the wrong address and have done nothing about it (they admitted fault) They informed me they would contact the sender so they can make a claim and refund me but the sender has received nothing and their Bundaberg office doesn’t answer the phone and rarely responds to emails. I’m no out of pocket and wasting time trying to get a response from them.
Delivery is now late to a property and I attempted to contact the courier on 3 different occasions to try and sort an alternative drop off as I am now longer there (which would also have been easier for them instead of travelling extra kms) but they do not respond to any of my requests to call me back.
Not happy with this service last update I had was Monday the 9th and nothing g since I need that parcel as it had bridesmaids dresses and was on an urgent delivery
Sandy delivers packages to us. He is always smiling, friendly, polite and nothing is too much for him. Top bloke & goes above and beyond to ensure packages are delivered in good condition and in a safe place if no one is home. Keep up the good work mate. Highly recommend Sandy 👍
