Fantastic service! They were unable to deliver my package to the Parcel Locker and messaged me to arrange alternative delivery. Very understanding! Then today, the lovely lady who dropped off the parcel was incredibly friendly and upbeat. And the parcel was in great condition when I received it
What a bunch of complete incompetent nicom poops there’s no way to get hold of anyone and all the help gets outsourced to someone you can’t understand overseas and all the AI bots that you are chatting with know about as much as you can write on the back of a matchbox with a crowbar. Nice honest people running the show I’m sure but it’d be good if you could actually chat to someone.
No courier has arrived to pick up my package as promised by their call centre. Seems I've wasted my money with these guys and now have to spend more money with Aust Post to get my package sent.
