One star is far too high a rating for Aramex, but it’s the lowest allowed. My partner ordered a golf club and it mysteriously disappeared from the depot almost two weeks ago from the Sunshine Coast never arriving to our home. Aramex sent conflicting accounts to both my partner and the seller. Still unresolved. Aramex has zero customer service and are a sham of a delivery business. I would be cautious using this company for any deliveries. They have not a care in the world for customers or their expensive deliveries!

Very poor communication. Lost my parcel, didn’t tell me at all until I chased it down after almost 2 months. Finally admitted it was lost & said I’d hear from claims department. I also had to chase them down as no contact initiated. Don’t recommend.
No attempt at actually delivering the item was recorded on my device. Communicated with Aramex, giving more specific directions and corner streets. Utter failure at even attempting to deliver my product - after 3 weeks I’ve given up. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
