Nyah and chloe delivered my parcel, and they knocked very politely and delivered my parcel with care, well done girls!
Every 1star review is not lying. Drivers won’t even attempt to deliver the package, but will just leave a card in the mailbox. There’s literally no way to contact the Sunshine Coast Depot so you’re stuck either emailing a generic feedback email address or speaking to an offshore office that can’t offer you any further info. Delivery driver made no effort to drop my parcel off so I had to go collect it insteadI’m
The worst courier delivery service. They don't deliver to the actual address, instead leave packages in open spaces, under a bank of letter boxes, in front of our offices and half of them are not even our address, so we then have to track down the addresses and contacts. Poor service. It's obvious they don't care.
