All the 1 star reviews are accurate. Unknowingly ordered a parcel from a company that uses Aramex and there was zero contact with me regarding where my parcel was, the online tracking number only worked 50% of the time, took 3 weeks when I was told it would be 2-3 days, and the delivery guy didn't even make an attempt to drop my purchase. People who were HOME lierally saw the guy put the slip in the mailbox and drive away. No attempt at contact and didn't even get the parcel out of the van. Never known a slower, worse delivery company in my life. When you pay for expedited and its taking nearly 2 weeks for a package to come.. Wow. If you can avoid Aramex, I strongly urge you to avoid them.

Pathetic. Website doesn't work properly. Will not track with my tracking number and delivery not made when we were promised. Have to go and collect it now if the depot is open and the parcel is actually there???!!!
