I can see why they’re so poorly reviewed. Just had one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with make a delivery out of a plants truck. When I questioned what it was and if they were at the correct address because I wasn’t expecting plants they said they know how to do their job it’s the correct address…
Problem with delivery as driver couldnt find the place will leave more information next time but easy to find in kunda park to go in and sort out in person.
Worst delivery company EVER on board for delivery today actually means, we’ve no idea where your parcel is and our overseas call centre is bloody hopeless! If I could give zero stars I would!
