Pfft driver reckons tried to deliver,what a joke!! My neighbour told driver where I was. Didn't even bother to drop off 1 small parcel he just drove away!! They are utterly useless!! 😡🤬 I'm home all day every day!!
Wish there was a 0 star rating … Had such a nightmare with Aramex today and now reading through these reviews it all makes sense … what a shocking company! Was getting a parcel delivered today, stayed in all day waiting for it and as I’m sat at home I get an email saying ‘sorry we missed you’ … they’d not even rang my doorbell or knocked on my door!!! waited in the chat for 45 mins, was copy and pasted a response that said packaged return to sender.. end chat lol Called up the agent said the parcel is at DC in Perth go get it Get to the DC the parcel is not here and they “think” it’s been returned to sender .. I asked if that’s tracked they said don’t know … 🤷 This is a logistics company? They don’t know?
Unfortunately I don’t have anything pleasant to add to the plethora of negative reviews. Wasn’t told by the sender that they were using Aramex and as such don’t ship to parcel lockers. So delivery was updated without informing me, had to keep tracking and following up. on the day it was going to arrive I just had a calling card left with no attempt to actually notify me, then they said to organise redelivery but it was actually taken back to the pickup point. If there was a star rating for 0 this is what I would allocate to Aramex. I have tried for 9 days to have my parcel delivered from their depot in Welshpool. Several phone calls repeating my address!!!! Eventually I am going to Welshpool to collect my parcel. This is the worst experience I have had with any courier company.
