The worst thing to happen to Australia. It amazes me how this incompetent company is still around ( hopefully not for much longer). Customer service is apalling, reliability and integrity is poor and to top it off could not do the the bare basics of delivering. Just close down already, I think Australia is suffering enough. 0/10 do not use the scam service. HOW DOES IT TAKE ONE MONTH TO HAVE SOMETHING DELIVERED FROM THE EASTERN STATES WHAT ARE THE CAMELS DELIVERING
WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! Still waiting for my package that they said the “tried” to deliver but never showed up (have cameras all around my house) now they dare still saying the package is at the depot and is being delivered but cannot give me a date or time! You can’t talk to a manager as apparently there is none!!
2 days in a row failed to deliver my parcel. Worst is the driver is dishonest enough to declare unsuccessful delivery and claimed to have left a notice which is not in my mailbox and even though he never arrived in my property, I’ve got surveillance to proof and reported that however they don’t even care. Golfbox reputation gone done the drain with this engagement.
Why is there an option to send us enquiry about your parcel if they do not want to reply I sent them 2 enquires its been 2 weeks I have not got a single response from them. they held my parcel in Kewdale Aramex for 4 days and sent to Sydney instead of delivery to us in Perth .It’s been 30 days I have not receive my parcel now my parcel is held in custom in Sydney because Kewdale Aramex send my parcel to Sydney. Even the address was right still they sent to another state. Who is responsible for this ? I never use this service... read more
