The WORST service! Meant to have received my package on the 3rd June! It was posted on the 22nd May it is now the 15th. Updates keep saying delayed. I call the service for them to tell me they are sooo busy! But every Aramax delivery van that pulls up every morning is empty. Then told oh u can pick it up from the depot..,,.. sorry isn’t this what you pay for DELIVERY?
Absolutely dreadful. They contract to Naked Wines. We had a delivery scheduled which they said they had attempted but our Ring camera proved they hadn’t. After numerous follow ups with Naked Wines (as it’s impossible to talk to anyone at Aramex) we got our delivery. The latest delivery was scheduled, on their app, for a Wednesday. We went out on Tuesday and the Ring camera showed them attempting delivery. Again, numerous follow ups later, still no delivery. Naked Wines assure us we will get our delivery but can’t say when. My parcels been sitting there in depot for a long time and past delvery date, I need it urgently, whats going on??
