Terrible experience. Was told to contact them re parcel delivery, but the contact button did not provide any method to talk to anybody. The phone number that they provided on their site did not work. I found another number on the Internet, but the person I spoke to had such a broad foreign accent that I could hardly understand anything that they said.
Aramex are requesting more details to deliver the package. There is no way to contact them, the phone number listed goes to their main call center who don't speak English, no way to communicate or even understand what more details they require. Have been going around in circles for a week
Still waiting on a parcel that was sent from Swansea to Elland on 15th May 2026 and when I try to call I get an overseas call centre. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks. It’s now 2nd June. Where is my parcel!
I recently needed assistance with an order and Robyn Hogue at the Goonellabah depot went above and beyond to rectify my error. My parcel is now on the way.
Driver didn't read notice on front door toʻ not knock, also parcels to be left at back door only. Camera for sites was not working 😕
