Still waiting on a parcel that was sent from Swansea to Elland on 15th May 2026 and when I try to call I get an overseas call centre. It shouldn’t take 3 weeks. It’s now 2nd June. Where is my parcel!
I recently needed assistance with an order and Robyn Hogue at the Goonellabah depot went above and beyond to rectify my error. My parcel is now on the way.
Driver didn't read notice on front door toʻ not knock, also parcels to be left at back door only. Camera for sites was not working 😕
Do not trust a parcel in the region to Aramex. They will charge the full amount to deliver it to your physical address, wait for a week, then send you a notice that it will be delivered today and then a moment later send another notice that it was delivered by Australia post. Except your parcel will not be at the post office, they will tell you instead that they only hold parcels for Aramex if you have a PO box. More than once I’ve been having problem with this company. They don’t delivery to certain address and they don’t specify it anywhere. They are unable to help you and their only solution is for you to pick it up 40 min away from where you live. It never happened to me before to have so many problems with the same company of delivery. Really unhappy
