2 parcels dispatched to my home address. 1 parcel delivered 3 days later the second sent to a depot an hour's drive - 100kms away and had to be picked up from there 8 days later, as it was needed urgently and they would not deliver as tasked.

My mother ordered a box of assorted Byron Bay chocolates earlier this week ($400 ish). August 2026. Clear instruction on the box to ring the doorbell. Signature required also. The driver did neither. Instead deciding to drop them at the top of the stairs, have a good scratch and keep going about his day. It won't allow me to post the video from my security cameras sadly. Have attached a pic of the lovely young driver tho . This is not the first time they have done this either. Every damn delivery is the same with them.

If i could give zero stars i would, this company is trash. My parcel has been attempted to be delivered 3 times and each time the driver was too lazy to walk to my door step, I requested to pick up my parcel and still have no updates im actually disgusted in this company

Terrible experience. Was told to contact them re parcel delivery, but the contact button did not provide any method to talk to anybody. The phone number that they provided on their site did not work. I found another number on the Internet, but the person I spoke to had such a broad foreign accent that I could hardly understand anything that they said.
