Would rate 0 if I could. I have had to make 7 phonecalls to retreive two packages, and they Aramex still can't find them. Each time I call I'm told something different. Package was handed over to AusPost and I was not notified by anyone or given a tracking number, they gave it to AusPost with only my first name on the box and literally no way of contacting me. It has been 2 months since I ordered my package... and now they can't find it. Aboslutely appauling lazy service, I am completely shocked at how terrible this business... read more
Robyn from the depot has been unequivocally the most helpful person from Aramex we’ve ever encountered. She helped us organise a collection from the depot for an urgent parcel, and was diligent along the whole process, even when there was a delivery hiccup. So grateful for her attention to detail, helpful service and lovely attitude. Brilliant.
Aramex is very Disappointing (Formally The Fastway Courier) This time round I ordered a Plant in the Northen Rivers like from Daleys it always go via Gold Coast Depot then Brisbane Depot but this time it back tracked all the way to Coffs Harbour stayed in Coffs over the Friday and weekend . I tried to call multiple Depots bu i got the Goal Keeper the indian Call Centre they were uselss cant even track a Truck can't even call Brisbane Depot or Coffs Depot. I will not use Slowways Aramax again in future
Poor communication. Package not picked up for days causing delay project delays and extra costs. Not recommended.
I know there a lot of bad review for Aramex but my experience has been great for some time. I just want to say what a fantastic job that Aramex delivery drives do in my area. I’m in Gulmarrad nsw and the driver is Jain for his delivery service in our area he does a great job and he’s allways nice. Also what a great service Aramex provides. Jain is always driving around delivering stuff always arrives in good condition, if you can please let him know that I said he’s great and does a great job.
