Parcels have always arrived but tracking is not as good as Australia Post.
Have had parcel delivered from this company. The last time I watched the guy get out of his car, throw the parcel over front gate and drove off. Leaving my parcel in plain view of the street in pouring rain. Was not happy with them at all.
Friendly and helpful staff with good service. Loses a star because of the location 40mins from Newcastle with no option for post office or newsagency pickup closer to home.
Easy to find good service
The worst post service I have seen in my life. They lost my parcel and do not accept its responsibility. Remember that you need to send notification or email if you leave the parcel in the mail box. Your customer service is extremely disappointing
