3 times my parcel/s have been delivered to another house. 3 times the driver has read the label incorrectly. 3 times is not good enough so I will be putting in a formal complaint to the company and also where I bought the parcel from.

customer service manager aparently his name is dexter very rude and arrogant absolutely discusting service and will not listen and speak over you ask to speak to manager and get hung up on returned item as we were sent the wrong one and sellers choice of courier label sent to us and it was delays before sending a few weeks and now the seller will not refund us now as it was not received with in the time frame from seller kryzal DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

The worst courier. Yesterday the driver lied that they attempted to deliver but it was unsafe- even though the parcel was authority to leave. Plus I was within ear shot of the front door & definitely didn’t get a knock. Then they tried to charge $5 for redelivery & would only deliver it 5 days later. Now I have to drive an hour to go and pick it up. Do not use this business. Cheap & nasty.
