17th October 2025. You have done it again. This is now the fourth time in the last 12 months that my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. Your driver is not delivering to the address on the package he is just talking the easy way out.

Package was dumped out the front without a knock on the door or pressing the door bell. Tried to talk to the driver couldn t care less had the music up really loud. Very very poor service.
Parcels have always arrived but tracking is not as good as Australia Post.
Have had parcel delivered from this company. The last time I watched the guy get out of his car, throw the parcel over front gate and drove off. Leaving my parcel in plain view of the street in pouring rain. Was not happy with them at all.
