The most pathetic courier company I’ve ever come across. Every single order is either a missing package or missing address details. Avoid at all costs. Administration are absolutely useless.
Terrible couriers - problems always. From Parcels in the middle of my lawn to missing my house 5 seperate times. Lazy and liars. Really really disapointing service every single time.
I have been informed twice of a delivery after I contacted Aramex Beresfield. They promised to deliver from a lady who had a heavy access accent. Took my email and mobile. Needed the parcel before a trip whish I explained. This is also my second run with them
Call center not helpful at all, no internal communication.
Shocking delivery service they obviously can’t read or don’t want to read my parcel are supposed to be delivered to the back of the house not at the front . HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO COMPLAIN YET NOTHING CHANGES.
