I weep when a seller uses this company. Aramex is the best advertisement to shop local that exists. lol. Failed delivery after failed delivery. Just let me pick it up from the Depot!? Na can’t even call them to organise it.

There has been 3 times I have had parcels sent through Aramex, organised by the business sending it - and not once has it ever been a straight forward, easy process. Extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience. Received open package and empty My original driving licence was shipped from India to Australia through Aramex. The tracking falsely showed “delivery attempted” and that the parcel would be returned to the office, despite no attempt being made while I was home all day. Repeated “delivery attempt” notifications were sent over several days, yet no courier ever attended my address. I have a doorbell camera and there was no activity at my door at any of the claimed times. This delivery was for a guitar purchased for my child. Due to the misleading delivery records, I refused to pay additional fees and declined the delivery. Very poor service and unreliable delivery tracking. I would not use this courier again.
