Very disappointed with the delivery service. The parcel arrived ripped open with the contents exposed. The packaging was badly damaged, which is unacceptable for a shipped item. Fortunately the item was still inside, but receiving a parcel in this condition is frustrating and raises concerns about handling during transit. I expect better care when delivering customers’ orders.

This Shipping Company is useless. Their care hub is ridiculous. They never read their customers’ request. I never received a clear information regarding the status of my parcel. Every time I send an enquiry regarding the whereabouts of my parcel via their customer support team, I never receive an appropriate response. All you get are automated responses. I have been put under so much stress in dealing with my parcel.

Driver “attempted” to deliver my parcel without notifying me at all. I waited the whole day at home specifically to receive it, and I never got any call, text, or notification. I also didn’t see any Aramex vehicle outside from my window. Honestly, it feels like no real delivery attempt was made and the driver simply marked it as attempted without trying properly. WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

I didn't think any logistics operation could be worse than Australia Post. But congratulations Aramex, you are without a doubt the most astonishingly incompetent organization I know of outside of the third world. You have one job to do, deliver parcels. You cannot even accomplish that task. You driver fabricates a story that a delivery has been attempted, despite camera footage showing a driver has not even set foot on my property.
