I wish I could give this review a −10. This is the first time i've dealt with this company and I even contacted them twice and asked them to please call me, when the delivery driver arrives as the building has tight security and I would like to receive my package in my hands because they're a thieves in my building. Third class service. Not recommended to anyone.
Always a terrible experience. Constantly deliver the wrong parcel, and from suburbs hour away... You call to inform, get offshore support, whom cannot connect themselves or you with driver or closest depot. Say they will come back to you in next few days, to pickup incorrect parcel, and ask that be home and available for this... Email days after about re-delivery, for days later, wasting a week if not more. Just look at the parcel you are scanning, before you drop it off. Three times already this year... Didn't try to deliver my package I was home all day and it did not arrive even though they said they attempted. Didn't leave a call card so when I try to arrange re-delivery online I cannot because it requires the call card number to which they didn't leave!! I also don't know where to pick up the parcel because THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A CALL CARD!!!!! Actually appalling.
