I was supposed to have my packaged delivered today. I had no notification, email, or SMS prior to the supposed delivery. I ordered from Beauty Amora and have products that I need urgently for a trip, expecting that they would be left at the door like they would normally be when my package was handled by trusted couriers like Australia Post or iMile. If I could give zero stars I would. Aramex has provided the worst courier experience I have ever had. My parcel was scheduled for collection on Wednesday (22/07), so I stayed home all day waiting. No courier arrived. When I called the following morning, I was told the parcel had been marked as "Not ready for collection." Extremely disappointing experience with Aramex. My redelivery request has remained unresolved for over two weeks, despite multiple failed delivery attempts. My building has both a staffed reception and parcel lockers, so I do not understand why delivery has repeatedly failed. I dread when my parcel is sent by anyone other than auspost, even then guess I wont be getting my medication on time they also changed it to authority to leave when meds need to be signed for, abhorrent behavior
1/5 Stars Worst parcel service ever. The driver literally displayed my package out in full view of the street instead of placing it discreetly behind the pillar right by my front door. Absolutely no common sense or care for preventing parcel theft. Avoid them if you want your packages delivered safely
