Parcel still not delivered after being onboard for a week, now the scanning says no time today! Customer service rude and unhelpful. Can’t speak to the depot responsible, just goes through to customer service. Online complaint faults unsuccessful. Disgusted!
I'm sitting here now still waiting for my parcel that has been on board with there driver now for over 24hrs, what's going on. This isn't the first time this has happened with the unreliable aramax courier service. Your A,I system or phone contact didn't even help in answer to your coment! Ok now 3 days and still no parcel or communication after yesterday's phone conversation, this is beyond the joke. All they've done is moved the arival to the depo and delivery date forward one day to line up with there 24hr fauls promises
very bad service keeps delivering parcel to wrong address. No notifaction at all. Dont follow deliver instruction very poor communacation. You have alot better couriers Mackay
Aramex will give you -5 stars if there was an option, you're worse than Australia Post. A parcel taking over 7 days to get from Brisbane to Mackay is beyond a joke. To make it worse, your tracking system showed it was out for delivery at 9am, only to later update with the message: "Sorry, we have run out of time today." This is happening far too often, and it’s simply not good enough. Your slogan should be Aramex – Delivery Unlimited... reliability not included Aramex – Delivery Unlimited... just not today.
