I wish to share my experience of dealing with this business. Last Thursday a staff member from my office attended the depot and asked if this business would accept a parcel to be taken to Townsville. Aramex refused to accept saying that the documents have to collected from our office. I have often delivered documents to a courier's depot so no idea why this should be a problem? No Words for your garbage service. Since last three days it is showing. "Your parcel is onboard with your local courier and will be delivered to you within the next 24 hours." I don't know what kind of clock you guys are following. Improve services or close the business.
