Pretty annoyed with this service. The driver threw my $80 book over the gate ( in the rain) & never bothered to call me. Pure luck that i found it as about 30 other people live in the boatyard.
Waiting on a parcel for weeks, says its in mackay and delivery delayed for 48hrs. 48hr gone.. Poor Service and poor visibility in tracking.
EDIT. WAITING 4 WEEKS. Sitting in Mackay depot. Eta for delivery has well past. Your team have not responded to my emails. I will be reporting you to the ombudsman. You are withholding my package from being delivered. This is theft. Also noted your team refused to allow me to collect from the depot, nor has anyone returned my call.
