Deplorable. Item picked up 2 weeks ago and told it would be 3 to 4 days for delivery, no tracking since. Ordered the item as it was a requirement for a family member to move in as assistance is required, and instead I'm having to pay for her to stay in a hotel room because they can't offer a basic delivery service.
Worst freight company I have ever used will not be using ever again, stay away.
Have an urgent parcel that has sat in their Mackay Warehouse for a week. Customer service phone number keeps saying they will escalate but still no parcel. I don't know what kind of circus they are running there but it is a disgrace. Oh and don't tell me to submit online feedback as i have already done that and nothing comes of it. One thing you have achieved is that we will never use Aramex again so good job on that.
I would give 0/5 stars if I could. Garbage service. They don’t deliver on time, and they don’t even keep you updated on the delivery. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I definitely don’t recommend them.
