I have consistently rang this company and also I have spoke to their drivers and they still keep leaving my parcels where they can be seen at my front door and if I wasn’t home someone would steal them because they take two steps off the street and they’re at my front door, actually, I don’t even hear the people knock at the door to let me know something there or to see if I’m home. Hopeless not impressed. They wonder why things get pitched.
They are genuinely the worst couriers in Australia. My parcel has taken over two weeks of being in transit and after ringing today i found out we have to go and collect it from the depot. I originally had tried to redirect the parcel to my address in Melbourne, but they were no help so i gave up and said to deliver it to my mums house, in hobart and after that i heard nothing. Terrible service. The first time I thought it was a coincidence but once I started regularly having the same issue with Aramex I realised is the company(drivers). They come up with excuses not to deliver. Come up to the letterbox leave a card and leave AT BEST. I now just received emails that my parcels are on hold. I called to complain and been told excuses and they will deliver during night time. If you can. Pick a different courier. Aramex NOT worth it
Don't bother purchasing from vendors that use Aramex as a delivery company. Your order has a 50/50 chance of being delivered on time or at all, at best. When you ask for a follow up after waiting 3 weeks and a constant tracking update of your order has been delayed, the only response you get is either a fake delivery date or "when it arrives".
