I’ve never once had a good experience with these guys, the tracking is always wrong, the packages are always late and the staff is super blunt and do not respond to customer concerns.. I sent an email telling them how unreliable their service is and how their packages are always late and they did not respond to anything I said; they only said “it will be delivered Wednesday”
Another package left in my mailbox with the lid up, on a very busy highway, that should of been delivered to the door. Absolute joke of a company, your drivers are useless and lazy, im so beyond sick of Aramex, do better!.
disappointed with Aramex this morning, never typically had an issue with them but this morning it stated "packages left in a safe space" usually meaning right outside my door. Not today, they were shoved into the mail box, with the lid open and my mailbox is on a main highway so anyone could of taken the packages!. I always request "leave in a safe area" with my packages because there is known theft in the area. hoping they wont do it again with future packages, very lazy drivers!
Parcel got delivered to wrong address wass worth $2,000 did nothing about it
Rebecca was amazing! We had two deliveries that came earlier than expected, and when she realised we were away, she deposited our parcels at the collection point so they would be secure. Her thoughtfulness is much appreciated!
