It just went missing! My parcel arrived in Australia, to Melbourne and has not been seen. That was 17 days ago. I have contacted Aramex numerous times by phone and email and nothing. Luckily the marketplace I purchased from is happy to refund. From now on I'll be making sure Aramex is not used as the local carrier before buy anything from overseas. No way I would use them if I was shipping goods to customers. Ever!
My package was not received. I suspect it was not left in a safe location. The investigation outcome was a picture of my letterbox (which is too small to fit the package) and a red circle on the picture of a white letter in the letterbox (the package is mostly brown). After I had initiated the investigation, my husband came home one day to find the courier blocking our driveway, seemingly up at our front door looking for the package. The courier came down and told my husband the package was put in the letterbox.
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of my parcel, now missing with Aramex having no attempts at rectifying this situation. The driver marked the item as “delivered” but instead of placing it in a secure location, it was left next to the apartment mailbox on the side of a busy road. This is completely unacceptable. The parcel was left in a public, high-traffic area, making it highly vulnerable to theft or damage. Teach your delivery drivers to close GATES behind them!!! Rule of thumb- "if you enter a closed gate, close it behind you". Don't bother doing an auto reply!
Never attempt delivery. Website never works to get them to do a redelivery. No phone number. If you're a business, don't use them as customer end experience is crap
