If you are a business looking for a courier company do not use them you will lose business. I ordered Christmas presants that should have made it in plenty of time. In fact one parcel did which was delivered by Australia post as my 1 order was split in 3. The other 2 for some reason was sent to be delivered via aramex. Literally one of the worst companies to deal with. Everytime a parcel gets assigned to Aramax, I know I'm in for delays and issues. They have lost parcels of mine, deliveries take ridiculous amounts of time, and their staff are a nightmare to deal with over the phone. I wish we weren't forced to use this company.

Terrible delivery service Hope you are not in a hurry If you want your parcel sitting in limbo ( twice) for 2 week use this service
