These people are very unprofessional. I have now missed 2 packages because they keep delivering to the wrong house. Their delivery service is unreliable and inaccurate. On top of that, the customer service chat agents have a terrible attitude and are not helpful at all. Instead of solving the issue, they make the experience even more frustrating. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend using Aramex.
The absolute worst courier service I've ever had to deal with...not my choice.. sender's choice unfortunately and out of the maybe the 5th or 6th time and have never got it right.. parcel always spends more time floating around the coast longer than it takes getting here from interstate
I wish i could give minus stars .. this company is a complete disgrace.. shouldnt be legal to operate 👎
There was a mix up with my address buy the seller of my item once it was sorted out aramex was right on to getting me my item arrived in excellent condition thanks Laurie
Phone Support staff are unless. Rang wanting to know where my parcel is? Was told it was exculated. But waited 2 hours for a call/ no call back. I has to call then back. I asked for a manager as they have no information on why 1 parcel from Sydney will take over a week to arrive when the O.G date we 13/4/26 now it's Thursday 16/4. Now the manager is busy !! Surely there's a team leader available 🤬.
