Do not use Aramex. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 24 hours ago according to the tracking system. What a joke.
Great staff
The delivered goods were not mine. The driver just wanted to dump the goods at my place even though I told him I don't recognise this purchace. He laughed and said: "did you forget you ordered it" the name and address on the parcels were clearly not mine. A phone call to their company was also useless.
Aramex just keep copying and pasting the same reply to everyone, telling people to lodge a complaint through the website. But it’s pointless when they dismiss complaints a contractor who repeatedly delivers items to the wrong house. That’s an ongoing issue that deserves to be addressed, not brushed off with a generic response.
Very disappointed with the Gosford delivery service. Previously, a driver refused to hand over my Brita water filter, made me pick up from depot. Now my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address despite my house having large, clearly visible numbers on both the letterbox and the house. Amazon has had to refund me and I had to go through order process again. Unacceptable service.
