Useless!!! I ordered a parcel to come up from Melbourne to Cairns which was expected to take 5-7 days tops, nearly 2 weeks later it arrived after making it as far as Mackay then back to Melbourne, delayed, then finally onto Cairns???. Instructions were to take it to the nearest post office if the premises were unattended. I found it leaning up against the house in plain view from the street when I arrived home???? Great work Aramex....thumbs down!!!!

My parcel was dispatched from Sydney Aramex on the 11.02.2026. I'm yet to receive it in Cairns and its now the 23.02.2026. I have purchased 4 other items from Ebay, and all but this has arrived. Some came from China and arrived a week ago. Aramex need to up their game. When I phoned, I too was diverted from Cairns store to the Philippines call centre and told the same excuse as the last guy. The call centre had the audacity to ask what was in my parcel. That's also unacceptable its none of their buisness. Now here's the kick... read more

Absolutely disgraceful! Still awaiting item that has been sitting in Mackay. Has taken almost 2 weeks to arrive from Melbourne. Purchased other items from Melbourne that arrived in cpl days with Australia Post standard post! How is this possible they call themselves a courier service? I could’ve walked my item from Mackay faster. An absolute joke 🤔🤔

Yet again, Aramax delivery times are a disgrace. Sydney to Cairns, now Day 14 and apparently the parcel is on the Gold Coast FFS. No wonder you had to change your name from Fastway, should be called Snail Express.
