Hopeless cant even deliver on time knowing its medication be going to pick it up even if i have to get the bus it will be quicker then ur express post
Worst customer service, longest delivery times. Won't even notify me about my package being on board for delivery or allow me a notification when It is or not delivered then excpect me to wait until the next day to call them and organise a pick up because they don't want to do their job properly. They only give a timeframe of all day that they could arrive so with no information or notifications they just expect you to wait there for atleast 9 hours hoping to recieve your parcel.
Really quite apalling. Pick up was scheduled for the 20th August. Driver didn't even turn up until the 25th August and didn't contact. Then no updates since the 25th August despite repeated calls and emails and now I suspect my parcel is missing as of the 4th September and still no news from the elusive Aramex. I would not recommend this company at all. No tracking, no news and no parcel.
If I could zero star I would. Didn’t make any attempt to deliver, just dropped a card in the mail box and moved on! I was sitting at the open front door when you “attempted to deliver”. You are paid to deliver, do your job!
Hopeless ! Absolutely never arrive on time; usually weeks later. I never thought I'd say this, but AusPost is much better & quicker!
