The Cairns Department are the worse for contact. 2x I have had issues with them in the last month over parcels. I messaged via Enquiry Link last week as soon as I got a message saying they had my parcel. I knew they would not be able to deliver my parcel to my PO Box so asked for it to go to my local Drop Off Point. I have not heard back from them and have now got a message from sender saying it is failed. I had this exact issue less than a month ago so knew what to do. Easily the worst courier ever. Poor tracking and slow. You never know when the parcel will arrive.
Nothing delivered but the tracking number said it’s has been received!! Two separate parcels all gone and no one pick up the phone. We were sitting in the house waiting for the parcel. Dog no bark at all I am sure the delivery driver never came !
My TV screen is broken. Not happy and would never recommend this company. I've sent a picture of the damage and of the receipt from Harvey Norman the TV is less than a year old! What now?
The most frustrating delivery company to deal with, never mentioning they're outside with the package while we are inside waiting is diabolical.
