You’ve got to be kidding yourselves. I didn’t even get a chance to get out door and driver was gone with note in letter box for me now to have to drive hour to collect from your depot at Bris airport, I do not recommend this company at all.
Worst delivery company ..they say delivery attempted but no one ever came now takes 2 days to pick up from a depot
I'm in the same boat delivery was a day earlier then the txt notification provided, so i got the card with no collection point on it. I actually created an account and left an enquiry as advised in a previous response on this board, but it has gone unanswered. I even asked to pick it up from the Brisbane depot by calling and was told 24-48 hours still nothing, now it appears they don't know where it is. it is a joke surely, they know who the driver is. Strongly urge all businesses avoid using Aramex and use alternative couriers. As a customer their tracking is abysmal and their customer support is just as bad.
