I’m sorry. But how are these guys rated above a 1. Out of 7 deliveries, only 1 has been successful. 2 = wrong address both in separate suburbs. 2 = delivered to the wrong business and handed over to that businesses staff. 3 = signed as received by driver and dumped in a safe location (only one of those was at the actual business)

Aramex has been delivering my online orders for a number of years now and I find them to be a well run organization and their drivers who do the deliveries professional and courteous. Specifically the driver whose name is Altan, who appears to be servicing this area is a pretty good bloke and definitely knows what he’s doing. Even if he’s not delivering to me, I see him in the neighborhood, doing other deliveries very regularly and he’s always ready with a smile and a greeting when he sees me.

Altan is one of the best drivers around. Always looks after parcels and delivers on time, couldn't ask for better service, switching from Australia post was one of the best things I ever did. Keep up the great work.
