Honest question, how are you still in business? The worst courier service in Australia, bar none. Fraudulent delivery attempts, zero accountability, complete disregard for customers. An absolute disgrace of a company.
Very disappointed with aramex the driver delivered my package to the wrong address and took over a week for anything to be done, to only have the person of that residence personally delivered it to me after she informed aramex she has left the parcel on her door step for them to collect but aramex didn’t go to her house until 7days later to then come to my house and say they delivered it
They drive and park on the wrong side of the road … even when just checking an address not even actually delivering … just unpredictable and dangerous to other road users and pedestrians. Inconsiderate. Who knows what their delivery systems are like!

Never had such a frustrated delivery experience before. The eBay seller send my order with Aramex. The delivery guy keep yelleing at me ignore i keep explaining to him that I paid Post Office every month to receive parcel for me regardless courier companies. Their people are soooooooo rude and told me they would never send customer's parcel to Post Office. They are so good at to make simple things complicated, yelling at customer instead of following instructions.
