Hopeless. After an 'attempted delivery' no note or text or email is left. Find it yourself online. Rang to re-arrange delivery, told it would be today. No way to check, tracking number still shows 'attempted delivery' with no update. Rang - no, not today, perhaps next week. Reason - the request to have the item re-delivered didn't go through in time to the depot - only had 3 days to do it!!!!!!
Seriously, if you're in the parcel delivery business and you can't deliver parcels......are you in the right business? Three infuriating weeks and still chasing a parcel that took more than a week Melbourne-Bendigo, and in the 10 days since at one point was simultaneously on its way back to Melbourne and also being delivered to my address within the fanciful "next 24 hours". Terrible, terrible service. Avoid if you can. Had a notification saying my parcel is coming today. I'm home all day so was listening out for a knock/doorbell like delivery drivers usually do whilst I went about my day. Looked down at my phone at one point and had an email saying I wasn't home so the parcel had been taken to a depot. What? Checked the letterbox - sure enough there's a missed delivery card. My parcel (correctly addressed on the label) was delivered to the house next door, despite our street number being clearly shown on our mail box.
