Missed deliveries staff unhelpful, very disappointing service
The courier has consistently left our gate open. How hard is it to shut a gate. As a result our dogs were found on the highway. Not good enough. They also don’t reply to your emails and never answer their phone.
Parcel delivered. 1 of 2 clearly on box. Only 1 box delivered. Tried contacting them on phone. 40 minutes, no answer just the same annoying message over and over and over. 40 second message 60 times in 40 minutes. One of our friendly staff will be with you shortly. No they won't. It seems no couriers can get anything right any more.
Avoid if you can. Do not use this company for your courier services. The useless, dont communicate, and any customer service reps you speak to can not speak English properly. If i could give no stars i would.
