Avoid if you can. Do not use this company for your courier services. The useless, dont communicate, and any customer service reps you speak to can not speak English properly. If i could give no stars i would.
This company should be ashamed of themselves they can’t even answer the phone or respond to their own live chat service delivery is pathetic 2 hrs away from sender and still can’t deliver in a timely manner.
18 days so far, took money to deliver a parcel and then say its not in their delivery area and just dont do anything further, try and chase them up, no number, online chat waited 4 hours till someone responded at which time i was away from computer for a minute, ended chat after 3 minutes. still not sorted! its a shit show!
