Not only completely incompetent customer service..now they're running an "attempted delivery but was unsuccessful" scam. Tracking says they attempted to deliver but was unsuccessful...house has security cameras and the occupant was home all day , suprise suprise not one Aramex delivery for the day. Ohh but we can redeliver for $5.50? Any company who uses Aramex need to have a good think about how much they value their customers as they are running the worst freight business in Australia...

We have been a customer with Aramex (Fastway) Bendigo for 20 years, sending our wines to private customers, stores and restaurants. Our business is in Toolleen. Service used to be great in the beginning. Then new franchisees ran the business to the ground and the Sydney head office had to take over the Bendigo branch. It has been running very well for some years with reliable service and pick-ups every Tuesday and Thursday. It is obvious that a new franchisee has taken over because service is now non excising. Great service and when our property could not be accessed, the driver took our package back to the Bendigo Aramex depot and there was good information left in our letterbox as well as email communication. It was very easy to be able to pop out to the Aramex Depot and the excellent staff were very friendly and helpful and found our package for us immediately. Very very good service.
