Close the business if you refuse to do the work! I ordered a bucket of chain from Melbourne, that Aramex collected on 9/2/26. It arrived in a regional depot on 19/2/26 (assume Bendigo, because they are closest to us.) 27/2: After multiple phone calls, I can't get hold of anyone who knows what is happening, and there's no tracking alerts, so I've asked another carrier to go to the Bendigo depot to try and find our order! If they find it, my freight cost will be doubled, but at least I'll have my order... 3 weeks later!!!!!!!!
Terrible communication. Can't get through to ring their office, can't get ahold of ANYONE.
My heart sinks in my chest whenever I check parcel tracking and see the word 'Aramex'. The service is basically non-existent. Tracking information stops dead the moment they receive a consignment. Online orders take 5 days to get from China to Aramex and another 10 days to get delivered, if they get delivered at all. The only way to track parcels is to contact them and ask. They take consignments that are sent to areas they don't even deliver to, so I have to drive from a different town to collect parcels from their depot. T... read more
Amarex Bendigo is where parcels go to die. A delivery company that refuses to deliver! If you are anywhere outside Bendigo or Castlemaine forget about getting your parcel. They will not contact you, they just toss the parcel in a corner and forget about it. Amazon pays this company for delivery of its orders, but the company simply does not deliver the parcel outside Bendigo or Castlemaine. Do not use this company just apalling service u think over the years they would have improved they have got worse i paid for my parcel to be delivered to my property not delivered to a post miles away this company should be put out of business it has been going on for years they just dont care i am not driving to pick it up u delivered it that is what u are paid for just disgusting company that never improves
