Will not be using this place again to send parcels almost 2 weeks and the parcel I sent to a buyer from eBay and it still hasn’t arrived to them. Now I’m out of pocket as I have to send a replacement item. I’ll just stick to using Australia Post at least I know it will arrive on time.
Crap service , l was at home an no one knocked on the door ,left a pick up note , gone back to Geelong
One star means I can't rate as -9999999999999999999. This is the most stupid and sucked company ever dealt with. They will send your parcel to their depot in a rural area if u can't answer the doorbell in 2 secs.
Walked away Deon the front door giving no time to answer. Have to wait 2 days before it’s reached anywhere I can pick it up from, have little to no communication. Called them to see where it is, they don’t know. Then get an email it’s arrived at a random store. Head to the store the bloke hasn’t had any deliveries. Potentially the worst delivery service I’ve used
