If I could give a 0 star I would. They accepted our package a week ago & cannot locate it. 1 email & 4 phone calls later.. firstly they promised a resolution within 24-48 hours.. then once 48 hours passed by I was then told 5-7 days…. Obviously their tracking system is not working as they cannot provide me with a location of the package. All they tell me is that they have moved our package to a 3rd party courier and their ‘operations team’ will provide updates.. but they don’t within the promised timeframe. The worst ....its quicker from China to Melbourne than it is from Melbourne to Ballarat 6 days so for ....and still waiting zero customer service and a tracking system that does nothing more than tell you they have it ....somewhere

Would just like to send a massive thankyou to Peter! He delivered my parcel today while I was at work. My grandfather had a fall before the delivery driver arrived, he stayed and helped him up, called me and waited for someone to arrive before leaving! Thankyou so so much, without Peters help my grandfather would have been on the floor for hours until I arrived home. Very grateful
