This is the worst company I have ever dealt with my package took 6 days to get to it’s final destination not my house as I was told my area is not on their list although 10 minutes from the depot they didn’t advise the seller of this and there was no warning booking this through the site. Then they wouldn’t let me collect it from the depot although I received an email saying it was there and telling me I needed to wait another 24 hours for an email telling me to collect it. Twice in a week my parcels have been left out the front of my property in full view of anyone walking past, instead of looking and placing them at my front door!!! Last week one was shoved under my gate and my dog proceeded to eat the parcel Pure lazy effort
