By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Failed to deliver package four times with “unable to deliver” email without explanation. Called three times and still haven’t received my package. Would give zero stars if I could
Very bad courier company. Stay away
Terrible service, delayed over a week because the package is too heavy but they picked it up and held it in transit for over a week so why pick it up in the first place Do not use them at all terrible customer service too.
If I could give a 0 star I would. They accepted our package a week ago & cannot locate it. 1 email & 4 phone calls later.. firstly they promised a resolution within 24-48 hours.. then once 48 hours passed by I was then told 5-7 days…. Obviously their tracking system is not working as they cannot provide me with a location of the package. All they tell me is that they have moved our package to a 3rd party courier and their ‘operations team’ will provide updates.. but they don’t within the promised timeframe.
