Crap service , l was at home an no one knocked on the door ,left a pick up note , gone back to Geelong
One star means I can't rate as -9999999999999999999. This is the most stupid and sucked company ever dealt with. They will send your parcel to their depot in a rural area if u can't answer the doorbell in 2 secs.
Walked away Deon the front door giving no time to answer. Have to wait 2 days before it’s reached anywhere I can pick it up from, have little to no communication. Called them to see where it is, they don’t know. Then get an email it’s arrived at a random store. Head to the store the bloke hasn’t had any deliveries. Potentially the worst delivery service I’ve used
Their drivers don’t even try to deliver if a signature is required. To save time they just drop a card and run. Yesterday the guy didn’t even bother to fill ANY information on the card. They also do Melbourne to Ballarat (100km) via Geelong. This doubles the distance and adds 1 day to the delivery time. They used to be Fastway Couriers. You can see why they had to change the Name.
