Mixed review. The actual service, products, and the driver have been very good since the beginning. However the billing and the company's unwillingness to follow the contract as signed, and double or triple charging for certain supplies, etc, has been ridiculous. A 37 dollar a week contract was over 64 dollars a week, with no explanation, and after almost a year of being over charged and complaints to my driver (who is fantastic), the bill is now almost down to where it was when the contract is signed.
