Terrible service, constantly bring rugs with stains or holes in them, they are different sizes and they charge way too much for such terrible service.
Absolutely atrocious service. We receive uniforms from other companies and some uniforms are delivered to the incorrect locations. I'm lucky to get any clothing back at all!
Your truck drivers are horrible. Risking everyone’s safety because they have no patience. Whoever is driving for you in Kentwood/caledonia is making your business look really bad.
Cody is the best! Positive customer service from him and very responsive.
Cody is awesome !!!!!
