Extremely disappointing experience with this company. They consistently treat their staff poorly, often placing them in difficult or unsafe situations. I’ve also seen long-time, dedicated employees dismissed without clear cause. At the school they serve, they have repeatedly ignored student concerns, reduced hours, and cut back food options to the point that their service has become practically unusable. This company needs to start respecting its staff and being honest and transparent with the communities it serves.
Bro this place is really freaking bad. Any edible product that comes from this place is awful.
I would give negative stars if I could. We signed up for a business contract for snack and coffee service at our office and there have been issues since day 1. The items promised to be in stock are not what is listed online to order. Then, when you try to order items they do not get delivered. I've had multiple conversations with Sales Reps and they do their research to cover themselves, even though your reasons are valid to cancel.
