I stopped by here last minute and am so glad I did. She was so sweet, positive and enthusiastic. The experience itself was worth the visit. She helped me find the PERFECT dress. I got so many compliments on my dress all evening. I am so happy I went to Arabella’s!
I’m thankful for this location. I needed a formal dress for my daughter attending an event within a week and we received great customer service and my daughter was able to try on multiple dresses. I called before to ensure they were open and they were. Appointments are not needed.
Appointment only. I made this review so that more people would not take the time to show up to the store to be disappointed by a sign that states the business is appointment only. The business responded to this review telling me to get a hobby, but there was nothing online indicating that they are appointment only. The way this place has several people (who left reviews) be confused about appointment only and coming back at customers who left a review to express this rudely. If you want people to shop please be clear in your listings and signage.
