I've visited this store countless times, and unfortunately, every visit has been disappointing. The only reason I continue to stop in is because my daughter enjoys browsing. The customer service has consistently fallen short of expectations. Many of the employees seem poorly trained, and instead of offering helpful assistance, it often feels like they're more focused on making a sale than creating a comfortable shopping experience. From the second we walked in the associates/manager were staring us down and stopped what they were doing to follow us in the store and pretend they were doing things around the store while we were browsing.
